Beach Glass House
Shelter Island, NY
Modern design with incredible views.
Beach Glass House was completed in 2021. The three bedroom two and a half-bath home replaced an existing 1930’s cottage with a modern open plan that maintained the same waterfront views of the marina that the cottage had enjoyed. The full corner bifold doors in the living room open onto a screened porch allowing the living area to expand to the outdoors taking full advantage of the view.
